A Freedom of Information Act Request was sent to the Maryland Board of Elections today regarding Obama’s ineligibility.

This FOIA request mainly questions the Board regarding their process in certifying candidates for the ballot and where they get their definition of Natural Born Citizen, which is a qualification under the Constitution that Maryland is required to follow. Will the Maryland Board of Elections comply with the law and answer my request and in doing so admit to the nation that they have no current law that requires them to check presidential qualifications, as the asst atty general has already stated in his motion to dismiss in the case of Fair v. Obama?

I suggest all US citizens copy from this letter whatever is relevant and do not forget to replace the laws with the laws for your state. Send it out the Board of Elections in your state and after the 30 day time limit that they are required to respond by, if they have not replied, let us know in the comment section below and if they did respond, please post a link to their response. This way we can document their answers throughout the nation and document this illegal scam!
